I’ve bought these a few times. They have good flavours, and they’re not massive. Some gummies at this potency are larger, or require you to eat 10. the SEC gummies are great for this. will definitely be buying more.

I order these to help me with my Insomnia, I started with the 10mg fruit gummies first. I cut these in 4. I take a 1/4 and after about 45 min to an hour I feel it kick in and I head to bed, It feels nice and mellow and I get an amazing rest. Highly recommend starting with the smaller dose first. My life has changed since taking these for sleeping.
